The only reason I have giving it a 4 is I went to the storage to get some stuff out and the suitcases had mold on it so I had to throw the suitcases out along with the stuff inside other than that I never had a problem yes sometimes things happen and you will occur the late fees but me and my husband went through some hardship and I can say they were understanding and since it was are first time being late they waived the late fees and I appreciate them for all that they do
